You might be having difficulty keeping everything together.

As a millennial woman you are probably wearing many hats while trying to be everything for everybody. Juggling between being a wife and a mom, or working while returning to school may be causing you feel like you are slowly losing the true essence of who you are.

As you wear many hats, and sometimes faces, it might be overwhelming for you to keep up with everything or you might not feel like yourself while doing them. As you try to present your best self to everyone, inside you might be feeling lost, confused or even worst, inauthentic.

If any of this resonates with you, know that it is more than ok to take time out for yourself on a personal level to work on you and to just be.

These experiences are an opportunity for self awareness.

Going through these experiences can be difficult and they may cause you to feel alone and defeated. With therapy you are allowed to feel your feelings, recognize any habitual thoughts that might be hindering you, and make a plan as you continue on your journey.

During this time I will offer tools and skills that you can incorporate into your daily life so that you can continue to set and reach your goals, while being your authentic self in all areas of your life.

I will provide a client centered approach to help you navigate through your feelings and to understand that you do not have to feel guilty for being more than one thing in your life. You can have healthy relationships, a career, or go back to school without feeling like you are not living up to societal expectations.
